TREATMENT OF WHITE WINES WITH YEAST MANNOPROTEINS

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY,

GIVEN THE WORKS of the Group of Experts “Wine Technology” and “International Code of Oenological Practices”,

DECIDES:

ON PROPOSAL of Commission II “Oenology” to introduce in the “International Code of Oenological Practices” the following oenological practices and treatments:

Partial dehydration of wine

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY,

HAVING CONSIDERED the work of the expert group "International Code on Enological Practices,"

DECIDES based on the proposal by Commission II "Oenology" to include the following Enological practices and Prescriptions in part II of the aforementioned International Code:

Lysozyme

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY,

HAVING CONSIDERED Article 5 of the October 13, 1954 international convention for the unification of means of analysis and appreciation of wine,

WITH THE PROPOSAL of the means of analysis and appreciation of wine sub-committee

DECIDES to introduce the following monograph “Lysozyme” in the International Oenological Codex:
