THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY,

BASED ON THE PROPOSAL of Commission II, “ Enology ”,

TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE WORK of the Sub- Commission on Methods of Analysis and the opinion of the Group of Experts, “Nutrition and Health ”, considering that lead is an undesirable element and that the improvement obtained in wine technology has lead to a net decrease in the général level of lead in wines,
