Standards and Technical Documents

The Standards section includes the whole regulatory corpus of the OIV consisting primarily of OIV resolutions, which are official texts adopted by consensus by the General Assembly of Member States. In addition, all the codified publications including labelling, definitions, oenological practices, and methods of analysis can be accessed.

The Technical documents section includes the collective expertise reports developed by the OIV expert groups as well as published papers from the Vine and Wine Congresses and other technical papers.
