IN VIEW OF THE ARTICLE 2, paragraph 2 b) ii of the Agreement of 3rd April 2001 establishing the International Organisation of Vine and Wine,

CONSIDERING the work of the “Technology” Expert Group,

CONSIDERING that no modifications are to be made to the prescriptions of sheet II.3.3.14,

DECIDES, at the proposal of Commission II “Oenology”, to modify sheet II.3.3.14 “Treatment with Cellulose gums (Carboxymethylcellulose)” (OENO 2/2008) in part II, chapter 3 of the International Code of Oenological Practices, specifically by widening the scope of application to include rosé wines, as follows (the words in italics are to be added):
