Ingredients: 14.75 oz click through the following post can pink salmon (bones, skin and understanding dark lining removed) 1 potato (microwaved then peeled) 1 egg (scrambled) 1-2 TBS grated onion 1-2 TBS green onion tops 1/2 TBS Old Bay 1/4 tsp cayenne 1/2 to 1 tsp Home Page salt 1/4 tsp thyme For the dredging to fry: 1/2 C all-purpose flour (lightly seasoned) 1 egg (lightly seasoned) Cajun Seasoning Combine everything together and mash. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add the egg and mix well. Form into balls, patties, or cylinders. Pass through flour, egg, then flour. Fry for 5 minutes. Place on paper towels and enjoy. I like mine with ketchup.
