How I Stopped Being Scared of Hypoglycemia + Hypoglycemia Treatments is where i tell you guys how I stopped being so scared of Hypoglycemia and my whole journey with hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia and going low low blood sugar exhaustion can be really scary and hard to deal with sometimes. Hypoglycemia can make younnot want to experience amazing parts of life because you're either scared of hypoglycemia like me, or you're embarressed of having low blood sugar in blood sugar is 63 front of people. Either way its hard to deal with low blood glucose which is why I wanted to share my journey of how I went from being terrifed of hypoglycemia (to the point I would'nt give myself the proper amount of Insulin) to being able to go for 10km walks all by myself! I also wanted to share some of my favourite snacks/ways on how to treat hypoglycemia!
