From October 14 to 18, France will host the 45th World Congress of Vine and Wine, coinciding with the 100th anniversary of the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV). This landmark event will bring together several hundred vine and wine experts in Dijon, the current headquarters of the OIV.
Under the theme "Centenary Congress: Vine and Wine, an Innovative Heritage Facing the Challenges of the Century," the congress will gather experts from around the globe to discuss pressing issues and innovative solutions within the sector. This year's congress promises to be the largest since 2008, with an impressive 646 communications submitted from 45 different countries. These submissions include 492 oral and short communications and 154 posters.
