MINDFUL of Resolution COMEX 1/2002 which seeks to facilitate the transition from the International Office of Vine and Wine to the International Organisation of Vine and Wine following the entry into force of the Agreement establishing the International Organisation of Vine and Wine, done at Paris on 3 April 2001;

CONSIDERING the Declaration of the General Assembly adopted at the time of the approval of the Resolution Oeno 9/2001 which requested at the latest for its 2003 meeting:
