RESOLUTION OENO 21/2004
SUBSTITUTION DE LA TABLE DES SUCRES
L’ASSEMBLEE GENERALE,
VU l'article 2 paragraphe 2 iv de l'accord du 3 avril 2001 portant création de l'organisation internationale de la vigne et du vin
CONSIDERANT, la Recommandation Internationale sanctionnée par la Conférence Internationale de Métrologie Légale en 1996 concernant les Réfractomètres pour la mesure de la teneur en sucre des moûts de raisin (OIML R 124) ;
CONSIDERANT la nécessité d’assurer une coordination de différentes tables avec celles établies par la Commission Internationale pour l’Unification des Méthodes d’Analyse du Sucre (ICUMSA) ;
SUR PROPOSITION de la Sous-Commission des méthodes d’Analyse des Vins,
DECIDE de remplacer dans le Recueil des Méthodes Internationales d’Analyse des Vins et des Moûts, la table I et la table II de la méthode d’évaluation de la teneur en sucres des moûts, des moûts concentrés et du sucre de raisin par réfractométrie par les tables suivantes et de compléter la méthode par une table IV : « Table de correspondance entre l’indice de réfraction, à 6 décimales, dans les conditions de référence et le titre massique d’une solution de saccharose ».

Correction à apporter dans le cas où le pourcentage en masse de saccharose a été déterminé à une température différente de 20 °C.
