The 37th World Congress of Vine and Wine complete proceedings' (oral and short communications; posters) are now available.
Every year, the OIV Award Jury presents an Award to the best books published in the past two years, and which have been submitted by the authors or publishers. These awards are presented in one of the 10 categories specified by the Jury and relating to the Vine and Wine sector.
Registrations for the 2015 edition are opened until 28 February 2015.

(OIV – 11/12/2014) In response to the invitation from Professors Vasco Boatto – President of the University of Padova and Director of the University Centre for Research in Conegliano – and Eugenio Pomarici – Professor at the University of Naples and President of the OIV "Economy and Law" Commission – the Director General of the OIV visited the Conegliano Interdepartmental Centre for Research in Viticulture and Oenology on 9-10 December 2014.
(OIV – 10/12/2014) EcoSostenibleWine 2014, which was held last 26 November in Vilafranca del Penedès (Catalonia, Spain), was attended by more than 350 professionals from the sector and was coordinated and organised by VIMAC (Foundation for Vineyards, the environment and consumers) in partnership with the Catalan Wine Association, the Cava Institute, the Catalan Regional Government's Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fishing, Food and the Environment, the INCAVI (Catalan Vineyard and Wine Institute) and a variety of sponsors and trading associations.
(OIV – 08/12/2014) The Director General of the OIV welcomed H.E. Mr Elchin Amirbayov, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan in France, to the OIV headquarters.
(OIV – 02/12/2014) At a meeting at the OIV headquarters with H.E. Mr Bernardino Regazzoni, Ambassador of the Swiss Confederation in France, the Director General of the OIV recalled Switzerland's strong commitment and outstanding expertise as a member of the OIV, particularly from the School of Engineering at Changins.
Dijon (28/11/2014) – Out of 44 projects submitted, the project involving the digitisation of the OIV Bulletin collection was selected as one of the 17 winners of the call for projects by the French Digital Scientific Library (Bibliothèque Scientifique Numérique, BSN).
