Die Rubrik Normen beinhaltet das gesamte Regelwerk der OIV, das in erster Linie aus den OIV-Resolutionen besteht, die offizielle, durch die Generalversammlung der Mitgliedstaaten im Konsens angenommene Texte darstellen. Außerdem bietet sie Zugang zu allen kodifizierten Publikationen einschließlich Etikettierung, Definitionen, önologische Praktiken und Analysemethoden.
Die Rubrik Technische Dokumente umfasst die von den OIV-Sachverständigengruppen ausgearbeiteten gemeinsamen Gutachten sowie auch veröffentlichte Beiträge von den Kongressen für Rebe und Wein und sonstige technische Fachbeiträge.
