In application of the measures of the Agreement of 3 April 2001, establishing the International Organisation of Vine and Wine, member countries of OIV have approved on July 10th 2015 in Meinz (Germany) the following requirements related to the calculation of greenhouse gases emission balance (resolution OIV-CST 503AB-2015). This document aims to provide specific information on the items to be considered when accounting for GHG emissions of an enterprise or of a specific product as well as detailed information on the GHG to be considered (inventory).
